Country Lane Club

Country Lane Club is a 1 hour program once a week for equestrians to learn safety, grooming, tacking up and untacking, proper handling and ground work, stable management, feeding, vet work, clipping, braiding, grooming and so much more. This program is a great addition to your riding lessons as it will prepare you to be a well rounded equestrian with knowledge both on and off the horses. The Country Lane Club does not include riding.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone can enrol in this program, even if you don’t ride or participate in our lesson school or show stables program. There is something for everyone in this program from beginners to advanced horse enthusiasts. You don’t need any horse experience - we will teach you everything you need to know!

WHEN DOES IT TAKE PLACE?

Country Lane Club kicks off on July 1st, 2023. Club members participate in one (1) session each week - please choose the day and time that works best for you!

Saturday’s 9:00 - 10:00am  OR 2:00 - 3:00pm Sunday’s 9:00 - 10:00am Wednesday’s 5:00 - 6:00pm

Have to miss your class? Join one of the other time slots that week; the curriculum and content is the the same for the entire week, each new week starts on a Saturday.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM RIDING LESSONS?

The Country Lane Club teaches so much more than how to groom, tack-up, and ride a horse. At the Club, you will learn about advanced-training equipment and how it is used; how to prepare a horse for a show, including show grooming, bathing, and body clipping; how to apply polos wraps and standing wraps; how to safely catch and handle horses; horse feed options and what we feed at the farm; first aid and veterinary work; how to clean stalls and tack, and so much more.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN?

Your Country Lane Club membership is $200.00 per month + GST. Your membership automatically renews each month and you’ll receive your invoice on the 1st of the month. If you wish to cancel, just let us know before the 1st of the month!
