Individual lessons will not be refunded. Monthly package cancellations must be done prior to the 1st of the month. If canceling with less than 24-hour notice, the lesson will not be rescheduled, and the full lesson price will be billed. For cancellations or scheduling please Email us at info@countrylanefrm.ca

Lessons are held rain or shine but will be cancelled in the event of severe weather or power outages. If we are unable to ride due to frozen footing, smoke, snow or extreme heat, a stable management lesson will take the place of riding. If lessons must be cancelled, we will attempt to contact you before the lesson at the email address you have provided. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that we have your current contact information.
