CLF Birthday Parties
Host the party of every child’s dreams!
Our staff and ponies ensure a fun, engaging, and safe party experience for your child and their guests.
Designed especially for children aged 3 and older, our parties include one (1) full hour of interaction with our amazing ponies and horses:
Instructor-led riding time (may include a leader for the horse or pony depending on rider age and skill) including games and skill-appropriate challenges.
Grooming (brushing, etc.) and tacking (putting on the saddle and other riding equipment).
Transforming horses and ponies into “unicorns” or other horse-themed craft.
Whether you’re keeping it simple with just a cake and ice cream, or you’re planning to a catered affair or food truck visit, parties include one (1) hour use of our covered picnic area, indoor party room, or manicured lawn space (weather permitting).
You may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your party for any decorating you would like to do
Advanced Planning: Each guest must have a completed online waiver of liability on file prior to arrival at our facility.
When to Arrive: Hosts may arrive 15 minutes prior to the part start time to set up and decorate. Please have your guests arrive promptly at the party start time to ensure maximum horse and pony interaction time!
What to Wear: Please instruct your guests to bring a properly riding helmet OR bike helmet and to arrive wearing long pants and closed-toe shoes. No sandals or other open-toed footwear permitted in the barn or around the horses and ponies.
