Matching horse and rider is an art; through time and trials we are confident we have the contacts and knowledge to match horses and riders for future success. We encourage our clients to have quality horses and therefore our commission is lower than industry standard so your budget can go further.
10% commission + GST on all sales, purchases and paid leases. Available on a payment plan or a one-time-fee at the time of the transaction.

For Lease
Leasing is a great way to increase your time in the saddle and prepare for horse ownership.
We offer a number of show-ring quality horses and ponies for lease here at CLF. If we don’t have what you are looking for, we can work with you to secure a lease that meets your specific needs and budget. We have contacts across Canada, the United States and Europe, and have successfully negotiated leases for our clients whether in the hunter, jumper or equitation ring.
With ponies, it can be tremendously beneficial for a child to lease a “made pony”; a mount on which they can gain confidence, and learn important lessons at home and in the show ring. While these seasoned, highly-sought after ponies may be too costly for some families to purchase - and may be outgrown by their child in a year or two - leasing affords families many of the benefits of ownership without the long-term commitment.

Pepper is more whoa than go - so he will teach his children how to use their legs and aids - but is still respectful when asked. He has been used in lessons and camps, and is not averse to feather boas and sparkles.
